Triathlon Taren coaching programs are not suitable for everyone. Some exercises may need to be modified to meet certain fitness or physical needs and/or restrictions. Please consult your physician before beginning this or any other exercise program or workout. You should always warm up for a few minutes before beginning any workout and stretch afterwards. You should never exercise beyond the level at which you feel comfortable. The user assumes all risks of injury in the use of our workouts, programs, blog posts, recipes, videos or live trainings.
